amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1675 to add certain countries to the list of high-risk third countries, and to remove other countries from that list

The Commission proposed updating the EU list of high-risk third countries for money laundering and terrorist financing, adding ten countries and removing eight, including Gibraltar. Parliament rejected the objection to this delegated regulation, so the Commission's measure goes ahead as planned. The resolution had asked the Commission to keep Gibraltar on the list and to submit a new act, but that request has no effect now.

Financial activities of the European Investment Bank – annual report 2024

The United Kingdom accession to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters
