European Parliament decision proposing the appointment of Maria Berger to the panel set up under Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union

– having regard to the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

– having regard to Rule 132 of its Rules of Procedure,

– having regard to the proposal of the Committee on Legal Affairs (B100486/2025),

A. whereas Maria Berger meets the conditions laid down in the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

1. Proposes that Maria Berger be appointed to the panel under Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

2. Instructs its President to forward this decision to the President of the Court of Justice and to the Council.
