Parliament adopted a resolution setting out its priorities for the EU-Africa partnership ahead of the EU-African Union summit in Luanda, Angola, on 24 and 25 November 2025. The text calls for making the fight against illegal migration a priority, negotiating readmission agreements with African Union member states, and linking development funds to cooperation on returns.
