EU/Euratom Agreement on the interpretation and application of the Energy Charter Treaty: adoption by Euratom

Parliament approved the Commission proposal for a Council decision on the adoption by the European Atomic Energy Community of the Agreement on the interpretation and application of the Energy Charter Treaty. This means Parliament has given its consent to the proposed law, which will now proceed in the legislative process.
