Establishing the Single Market and Customs Programme for the period 2028-2034

Amendments to the International Health Regulations contained in the Annex to Resolution WHA77.17 and adopted on 1 June 2024

Parliament gave its consent to the Council decision inviting member states to accept, in the interest of the European Union, amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). The amendments, adopted on 1 June 2024, introduce a "pandemic emergency" as the highest global alert level and issue non-binding Temporary Recommendations to guide countries. They also strengthen cooperation and set up a coordinating financial mechanism for building core capacities. The decision does not create additional financial obligations for member states, who remain responsible for their health policy.

Protocol on the Implementation of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau (2024-2029)

Parliament gave its consent to the EU's conclusion of a new protocol to the fisheries agreement with Guinea-Bissau for 2024-2029. The protocol lets EU vessels fish for tuna, cephalopods, shrimps and demersal species in Guinea-Bissau waters. Macro-financial assistance to Egypt

Agreement between Canada and the European Union on the transfer and processing of Passenger Name Record (PNR) data

Conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Protocol (2024-2029) implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Cabo Verde

Specific measures under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) for Member States affected by natural disasters

Regional Emergency Support: RESTORE

Amendment of the EIB’s Statute

The European Parliament approved the proposal to amend the Statute of the European Investment Bank (EIB), which aims to remove the statutory lending limit and replace the maximum 250% gearing ratio with a unanimous decision by the Board of Governors.
