The draft Council decision amends the European Electoral Act to let MEPs who are pregnant or have recently given birth vote by proxy in plenary for up to three months before the expected birth and six months after. - The Commission’s 2025 Rule of Law report
Parliament adopted its resolution on the Commission's 2025 Rule of Law report, setting out its position on the state of rule of law in the EU.
