The draft Council decision would approve an agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on transferring Passenger Name Record (PNR) data to prevent, detect, investigate and prosecute terrorist offences and serious crime. Implementation into Union law of measures adopted by regional fisheries management organisations
