2. Accession of the Republic of Albania to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters

   Parliament adopted a resolution on Albania joining the 2019 Hague Convention on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in civil or commercial matters. The resolution supports Albania's accession, which will apply between the EU and Albania from 1 March 2026. Parliament recalls that the EU's formal decision procedure under Article 218(6) TFEU must still be followed.

3. Accession of Montenegro to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters

   Parliament adopted a resolution supporting Montenegro's accession to the 2019 Judgments Convention on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in civil or commercial matters. The accession will enter into force for Montenegro on 1 March 2026, making the Convention applicable between the EU and Montenegro. Parliament also recalls that the EU's internal decision-making procedure under Article 218(6) TFEU must still be followed.

4. Insolvency proceedings: replacing Annexes A and B

5. The United Kingdom accession to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters
