Union framework for the national calculation of life-cycle global warming potential

InvestEU Fund strategic investments in the field of defence

Parliament rejected the objection, so the Commission measure goes ahead and the expanded defence investment rules will apply. Parliament had asked the Commission to refrain from using delegated acts to change InvestEU's scope and to submit any further changes as a legislative proposal under the ordinary legislative procedure.
