1. EU-UK Agreement regarding cooperation on the application of their respective competition laws

   The text concerns an agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom on cooperation in applying their respective competition laws. Parliament gave its consent to the conclusion of the agreement, adopting this as its official position. Parliament instructed its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission, and the governments and parliaments of the member states and of the United Kingdom.

2. EU-China Agreement: modification of concessions on all the tariff rate quotas included in the EU Schedule CLXXV

   This agreement adjusts EU import quotas for farm, fish and industrial goods after the UK left the EU, splitting the volumes between the EU and the UK. Parliament gave its consent, allowing the Council to adopt the decision and the agreement to enter into force. The deal with China covers 32 quotas with negotiating rights and 11 with consultation rights, with changes agreed for garlic and processed poultry meat.

3. Brexit Adjustment Reserve

   Parliament adopted its position on a proposal to adjust the amounts allocated to member states under the Brexit Adjustment Reserve, a fund set up in 2021 to help them cope with the effects of the UK's withdrawal from the EU. The adjustment is a technical, financial and legal change that aligns the fund's regulation with a reduction agreed during the mid-term revision of the EU's long-term budget, without affecting funds already paid out or transferred. Once the amended regulation is adopted, the Commission can update the implementing decisions that set the final national allocations.

4. Implementation of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement

   The European Parliament adopted a resolution on the implementation of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, which sets the framework for post-Brexit relations. The resolution covers trade, energy, security, fisheries, transport, and social security coordination, and stresses the need for full implementation of existing agreements. 5. The United Kingdom accession to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters

   Parliament adopted a resolution supporting the United Kingdom's accession to the 2019 Judgments Convention on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in civil or commercial matters. The resolution welcomes the Commission's positive assessments and backs the accession, which would make the Convention applicable between the EU and the UK from 1 July 2025. Parliament reiterates that the EU's internal procedure under Article 218(6) TFEU must still be followed for establishing the EU position on third-country accessions.

6. EU-Norway Agreement: modification of concessions on all the tariff-rate quotas included in EU Schedule CLXXV as a consequence of the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union

   The agreement adjusts EU tariff-rate quotas with Norway after the UK's withdrawal from the EU, following WTO rules.
