Measures necessary for the implementation of the Protocol, annexed to the TEU and to the TFEU, on the financial consequences of the expiry of the ECSC Treaty and on the Research Fund for Coal and Steel

The Council asked Parliament to consent to a decision on measures for implementing Protocol No 37 on the financial consequences of the ECSC Treaty's expiry and the Research Fund for Coal and Steel. EC-Côte d’Ivoire Fisheries Partnership Agreement – Protocol on the implementation of the Agreement for 2025-2029

EU-Greenland and Denmark Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement: Implementing Protocol 2025-2030

Amendments to the International Health Regulations contained in the Annex to Resolution WHA77.17 and adopted on 1 June 2024

Parliament gave its consent to the Council decision inviting member states to accept, in the interest of the European Union, amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). The amendments, adopted on 1 June 2024, introduce a "pandemic emergency" as the highest global alert level and issue non-binding Temporary Recommendations to guide countries. They also strengthen cooperation and set up a coordinating financial mechanism for building core capacities. The decision does not create additional financial obligations for member states, who remain responsible for their health policy.

Protocol on the Implementation of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau (2024-2029)
