Parliament objected to the Commission's plan to finance the 2026 annual action plan for Tanzania, blocking the measure. Measures necessary for the implementation of the Protocol, annexed to the TEU and to the TFEU, on the financial consequences of the expiry of the ECSC Treaty and on the Research Fund for Coal and Steel

Interim report on the proposal for the multiannual financial framework for 2028-2034

EU-China Agreement: modification of concessions on all the tariff rate quotas included in the EU Schedule CLXXV

This agreement adjusts EU import quotas for farm, fish and industrial goods after the UK left the EU, splitting the volumes between the EU and the UK. Parliament objected to the Commission's list of countries with low or high deforestation risk for products sold in the EU, arguing the data is outdated and the method flawed. Agreements on Financial Mechanisms for the period May 2021 - April 2028 (EEA: EU-Iceland-Liechtenstein-Norway; Norwegian: EU-Norway); Additional Protocols to EEC-Norway Agreement and to EEC-Iceland Agreement

Conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor-State Arbitration

Parliament gave its consent to the EU concluding the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor-State Arbitration. The Convention increases public access to documents and hearings in investor-state disputes and lets civil society participate. It applies transparency rules to investment treaties signed before 1 April 2014, covering about 1,200 agreements involving EU member states. Ratification is a first step towards broader reform of investment dispute settlement, including a possible Multilateral Investment Court.
