EU-UK Agreement regarding cooperation on the application of their respective competition laws

EU-China Agreement: modification of concessions on all the tariff rate quotas included in the EU Schedule CLXXV

Agreements on Financial Mechanisms for the period May 2021 - April 2028 (EEA: EU-Iceland-Liechtenstein-Norway; Norwegian: EU-Norway); Additional Protocols to EEC-Norway Agreement and to EEC-Iceland Agreement

The European Parliament gave its consent to agreements setting up EU financial mechanisms with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway for May 2021 to April 2028, plus additional protocols on fish imports. Conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor-State Arbitration

Parliament gave its consent to the EU concluding the United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty-based Investor-State Arbitration. The Convention increases public access to documents and hearings in investor-state disputes and lets civil society participate. It applies transparency rules to investment treaties signed before 1 April 2014, covering about 1,200 agreements involving EU member states. Ratification is a first step towards broader reform of investment dispute settlement, including a possible Multilateral Investment Court.
