Draft amending budget No 2/2026 updates the European Union budget for 2026 by adjusting spending, especially payment appropriations, and updating revenue from own resources and other sources. Parliament adopted the draft amending budget, which means the spending changes were approved. Parliament welcomes increased payment appropriations for cohesion programmes and for the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plans under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, and calls on the Commission to monitor implementation and take measures to avoid running out of payment appropriations. Parliament also expresses concern about the security situation in the Union's eastern border regions and calls on the Commission to assess the consequences and propose budgetary measures, including a subsequent Draft Amending Budget, and to fund European Maritime Security and Defence Hubs.

One day of voting in plenary. Each subject is a report, resolution, agreement or objection; they are grouped by kind of decision, and each group says what “adopted” means there.
The ballots
Members vote on amendments and on parts of the text first, then on the text as a whole. That final, decisive vote is the result shown at the top of each subject.
Who voted how
Only roll-call votes record each Member’s vote — open one for every name and the breakdown by group. A show of hands records the outcome only.
Document & procedure
Each subject rests on a document (a committee report, a motion, a Council or Commission text) and belongs to a procedure, the whole file that can span years.
