Final vote — decided by show of hands; no counts were recorded.
Parliament decided to waive the immunity of Maciej Wąsik, a Polish MEP, in connection with criminal proceedings against him. The alleged offences relate to violating a ban on holding public positions, imposed by a Polish court, by performing duties as a member of the Sejm. Parliament found no evidence that the proceedings aim to undermine his political activity as an MEP. The decision will be forwarded to the competent Polish authorities and to Maciej Wąsik.
