Justification
This amending Directive should only remove the authorised representative obligation for micro- and small- enterprises with regard to new incoming EPR schemes, not existing ones. It should therefore only be limited to the Textiles EPR from the Waste Framework Directive. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive should therefore be removed from the scope.
