5a. Recalls that compliance with the values set out in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union is an essential requirement for the registration and funding of European political parties; stresses that any fascist, racist, antisemitic or xenophobic ideology or activity, or any activity inciting hatred, discrimination or far-right violence, is incompatible with those values; takes note of information revealed by the press indicating that elements contained in the report of the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations raise serious doubts as to whether the Europe of Sovereign Nations (ESN) party complies with the values referred to in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union; calls for the official publication of that report; calls, in accordance with the applicable regulation, for the suspension and subsequent withdrawal of the EU funding granted to ESN, as well as, where appropriate, its removal from the Register of European Political Parties;
