| Calls on the Commission to immediately clarify the resources involved in the 2024 budget and to present itself spontaneously to parliamentarians to respond to the serious accusations listed in the report; | |

| - Former Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders is being investigated for money laundering using lottery tickets (potentially EUR 1 million); | |
| - The European Commission’s leniency towards its Director-General for Transport, who allegedly accepted free flights and shopping sessions from Qatar Airways in exchange for France’s secret contributions and was only dismissed in 2026; | |
| - The Commission’s decision to pay a seven-year leave with a total salary of EUR 1.5 million to one of its directors accused of rape, without any attempt to recover the funds after the final conviction; | |
| - The case of revolving doors in a gas company regarding an adviser to the Vice-President of the Commission responsible for the environment and the Green Deal; | |
| - Former European Commissioner and former French Finance Minister Thierry Breton (2019-2024) authorised to (re)integrate into Bank of America’s International Advisory Board, an activity that will occupy him 3 days a year and for which he has declared that he is not an employee, raising questions about his motivations and status; he takes over functions previously performed (2013-2019); | |
| - The scandal of the administration of the Trust Fund for Africa (EUR 5 billion), which led to double funding or disproportionate payments for projects, such as the purchase of blenders for schools without electricity; | |
