DRAFT EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION

– having regard to draft agreement between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the cooperation between the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) and the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina competent for judicial cooperation in criminal matters (13241/2024),

– having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Article 47, Article 52(1), Article 56 (2)56(2) and Article 218,218(6), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (C100165/2024),

– having regard to Rule 107(1) and (4) and Rule 117(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

– having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (A100000/2025),(A10-0027/2025),

1. Gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreement;

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

The conclusion of this agreement will provide added value in ensuring safer and more secure Europe for our citizens.
