Appointment of Maria Berger to the panel set up under Article 255 TFEU

European Parliament decision of 13 November 2025 proposing the appointment of Maria Berger to the panel set up under Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (2025/2223(INS))

– having regard to the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

– having regard to Rule 132 of its Rules of Procedure,

– having regard to the proposal of the Committee on Legal Affairs (B100486/2025),

A. whereas Maria Berger meets the conditions laid down in the second paragraph of Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

1. Proposes that Maria Berger be appointed to the panel under Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

2. Instructs its President to forward this decision to the President of the Court of Justice and to the Council.
