Notes the reductions in USAID and UN funding; calls for the EU and its Member States to increase humanitarian support, including protection and healthcare for victims of trafficking and sexual exploitation; urges host countries to halt deportations to Haiti;	6. Notes the very limited results of the EUR 591.5 million in EU humanitarian assistance since 1994; notes that the successive massively financed UN missions and operations have been ineffective and have failed to produce stability; stresses the economic and social impact of Haitian migration on the Dominican Republic; takes note of decisions made by the United States and the Dominican Republic to tackle migration from Haiti on public safety grounds;
