Considers that the targeted expulsion of foreign Christians and the failure of the Turkish justice system to provide victims with an effective legal remedy exemplify the fact that the massive provision of EU funds under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance has not led to any serious improvement in the field of freedom of religion and judicial independence;
