7a. Notes the growing rejection of the former colonial powers and of European diplomacy on the African continent, without ignoring attempts by non-EU parties, including Russia, to manipulate information; insists that the only way to regain citizens’ confidence is to replace relations of domination at military, economic, monetary and political level with relations between equals, respecting international law and the principles of non-interference in internal affairs;
