Ba. whereas Ukrainian children in the custody of or under the control of the Russian Federation, including those deported to Russia and Belarus and those detained in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, are subjected to systematic and coercive programmes of forced Russification, including through educational curricula that incite hatred against Ukraine, compulsory paramilitary training in so-called military-patriotic camps, and are exposed to violence, intimidation, humiliation and sexual abuse; whereas such practices constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;
