	7a. Rejects the mass arbitrary arrests and unlawful deportations of Sudanese refugees carried out by the Egyptian authorities, in some cases involving EU-funded security forces; urges the Member States to immediately refrain from returning Sudanese nationals to third countries, and to open safe and regular pathways to ensure that those who wish to seek international protection have unimpeded access to the Member States’ territory and asylum procedures;
