Underlines that security guarantees for Ukraine and for Europe will be stronger under a renewed transatlantic cooperation and the traditional Western alliance; calls therefore for an urgent summit between the EU, the United States and all like-minded partners in order to relaunch and strengthen this crucial bond and verify the conditions for a just and lasting peace for Ukraine;
