4a. Notes with concern that EU leaders continue to pursue warmongering solutions that have to date proven to be completely ineffective in ending the conflict in Ukraine; stresses that the rearmament strategy is not the way to achieve a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine; calls on the EU leaders to make a tangible diplomatic commitment, maintaining a strong stance to defend European and Ukrainian interests in a serious peace negotiation;
