Underlines the urgent need to prevent and combat hate speech by its Members, including anti-migrant and anti-Muslim rhetoric that stigmatises and discriminates against people with a migrant background or of Muslim faith; stresses that its Members have a responsibility to uphold the standards of conduct, dignity and mutual respect laid down in its Rules of Procedure and Code of Conduct; calls on its President to ensure the consistent, impartial and effective application of the relevant rules, including the effective investigation and sanctioning of conduct that breaches those standards; |
