Calls on the Commission and the Member States to integrate sex-disaggregated occupational mortality statistics more systematically into EU workplace safety policy, taking into account the fact that men account for over 90 % of fatal workplace accidents in the EU and are disproportionately represented in high-risk sectors; considers that uneven gender workplace risk contributes to gender pay disparities;
