Calls for the ERA Act proposal to restate the importance of respecting ethical and human rights principles in the different funding programmes and in international partnerships within those programmes; reaffirms the urgent need to exclude Israeli universities and companies from any research programme funded by the EU, including Horizon Europe, given the risk of financing the development of technologies used against Palestinian civilians in the ongoing genocide;
