M. whereas in May 2025 the third EU-Japan Digital Partnership Council expanded cooperation on artificial intelligence (AI), 5G/6G, semiconductors, cybersecurity and data governance and included the launch of the ‘6G MIRAI-HARMONY’ joint research project;

M. whereas in May 2026 the fourth EU-Japan Digital Partnership Council expanded cooperation on artificial intelligence (AI), 5G/6G, semiconductors, cybersecurity and data governance and welcomed the progress on the ‘6G MIRAI-HARMONY’ joint research project;
