60a. Notes the Council conclusions of 9-10 June 2011 on the memory of the crimes committed by totalitarian regimes in Europe and calls on Ukraine to end the public glorification of individuals or formations responsible for crimes against civilian populations, especially the genocide committed by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) faction of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) during the Volhynia massacre in 1943, which primarily targeted ethnic Poles, as well as Jewish, Czech and Armenian minority populations;
