Welcomes the German Chancellor’s proposals for a new dynamic in the Union’s enlargement policy and calls on the European Council and the Commission to work towards a progressive membership for Ukraine and Moldova in the Union and to work towards an intensified cooperation with the Western Balkans countries with the perspective of gradual integration into the Union.
