10a. Notes with serious concern the reports that Serbian President Vučić’s supporters travelled to Tivat on 3 June 2026 in an attempt to destabilise Montenegro and to disrupt the EU-Western Balkans Summit; further notes that some of the individuals involved had previously been identified at pro-government mobilisations, were involved in efforts to suppress student protests in Serbia and had records of violent criminal offences or misdemeanours; strongly condemns the actions of structures linked to the Serbian ruling party aimed at destabilising Montenegro and undermining its progress towards EU accession
