Calls on the Specialised Committee on Fisheries to draft and implement a joint plan to support and facilitate generational renewal in the small-scale fisheries sector, including through prioritising new entrants, supporting technological innovation, ensuring safe and conducive working conditions, investing in training, ensuring transparent allocation criteria for fishing opportunities, fostering low-impact fishing practices, promoting gender equality and recognising the significant role of women in the seafood value chain;
