	73 a. Notes that messages on certain phones within the Commission have occasionally been auto-deleted “for space reasons”1a; recalls the importance of keeping proper records of all official Commission communications; calls on the Commission to dedicate sufficient funding to provide the President of the Commission with a mobile phone with adequate storage capacity and appropriate IT support to ensure that messages are preserved without exception; considers that this simple measure would help prevent further loss of important communications and strengthen public trust in the Union;
