Motion for a resolution	Amendment
	36 a. Urges the Commission to prohibit the allocation of Union funds or participation in Union programmes to public institutions, individuals or associations linked or promoting terrorist, islamist, anti-semitic movements or figures, or any other extremist movement or figures opposed to the fundamental values of the European Union; believes that that restriction should also apply to Union funding of third parties that directly or indirectly contribute to the financing of such entities.
