Stresses that repeated irregularities in recruitment procedures, the use of temporary appointments and the promotion of a ‘friendly circle’ within the Agency’s management, as identified by OLAF, constitute serious breaches of the EU Staff Regulations and a misuse of EU taxpayers’ money; calls for strict corrective measures to prevent the repetition of such practices;
