Justification

Currently, “the decommissioning, operation, adaptation, or construction of nuclear power plants” is excluded from the Invest EU Fund in its Annex V. It is essential to add this technology in order to send a strong signal about our European priorities. This annex, which excludes nuclear power from the scope of investment, must be amended.
