	(10 a) The exposure of children to pornographic content, even when unintentional, undermines their innocence and integrity, compromises their dignity, and seriously affects their psychological and emotional development. It also carries a risk of addiction and may increase the risk of further sexual abuse and exploitation.

Article 18 – paragraph 3

3. Member States shall ensure that the competent authorities coming in contact with victims reporting child sexual abuse offences or sexual exploitation offences are prohibited from transferring personal data pertaining to the residence status of the victim to competent migration authorities, at least until completion of the first individual assessment of the victims’ protection needs conducted in accordance with Article 22 of Directive 2012/29/EU.	3. Member States shall ensure that the competent authorities coming in contact with children reporting child sexual abuse offences or sexual exploitation offences they were the victims of are prohibited from transferring personal data pertaining to the residence status of those children to competent migration authorities, at least until completion of the first individual assessment of the victims’ protection needs conducted in accordance with Article 22 of Directive 2012/29/EU, without prejudice to Regulation (EU) ..../.... [establishing a common system for the return of third-country nationals staying illegally in the Union] and without those provisions preventing the lawful collection and use of those data, or of other data pertaining to the same individuals, where they are collected and used under other circumstances.

1. Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure the prompt removal of web pages containing or disseminating child sexual abuse material hosted in their territory and to endeavour to obtain the removal of such pages hosted outside of their territory.	1. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) ..../.... [laying down rules to prevent and combat child sexual abuse], Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure the prompt removal of web pages containing or disseminating child sexual abuse material hosted in their territory and to endeavour to obtain the removal of such pages hosted outside of their territory.
