	183 a. Recalls that the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled in July 2024 that the Commission had not given the public sufficient access to the details of the COVID-19 vaccine contracts and that the Commission had not provided sufficient evidence to support the justification for the lack of transparency of the contracts; strongly emphasises the importance of full transparency with a view to informing and protecting European citizens;
