Notes with regret that the Commission has in the past prematurely released funds suspended under the RRF and Common Provisions Regulation, before the necessary reforms had entered into force, thereby not fulfilling the conditions linked to the release of these funds; warns that this premature release undermines the credibility of the Commission’s role as Guardian of the Treaties and might set a dangerous precedent that should not be repeated in future cases;
