on the draft Council decision on the conclusionconclusion, on behalf of anthe European Union, of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Seychelles on access for Seychelles fishing vessels to the waters of Mayotte

– having regard to Rule 105(1) and (4), and Rule 114(7) of its Rules of Procedure,
– having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Fisheries (A90000/2023),(A9-0043/2024),
1. Gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreement;
