DRAFT EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION
– having regard to Rule 105(1) and (4) of its Rules of Procedure,
– having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality (A90000/2024),(A9-0128/2024),
1. Gives its consent to the draft Council directive;
