– having regard to its resolutions of 23 June 2021 on the role of the EU’s development cooperation and humanitarian assistance in addressing the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and of 12 July 2023 on the COVID-19 pandemic: lessons learned and recommendations for the future,

– having regard to the question to the Commission on strengthening global health resilience in partner countries (O-000033 – B100000/2026),B100015/2026),

– having regard to Rules 142(5) and 136(2) of its Rules of Procedure,
