Replaces "adopted" with "adapted" in the new recital on staff learning mobility and the EU Teachers and Trainers Agenda.

Recital 24 a (new): (24a) The Programme should meaningfully contribute to the implementation of the EU Teachers and Trainers Agenda, not only by reinforcing the work of the Erasmus+ Teacher Academies but also by providing avenues for policy development linked to improving the recruitment and retention of educators, the diversification of staff profiles in education and training and the attractiveness of the educator profession, and contributing to staff learning mobility. Learning mobility of staff should include teachers, trainers and other education personnel in all sectors. Teachers' organisations and social partners should be involved in the implementation of the Programme. Member States and participating countries should ensure that staff mobility is recognised as working time and as part of continuing professional development and adoptedadapted to the realities of school based and vocational education settings.
