European Parliament decision of 28 April 2026 on amendments to Parliament's Rules of Procedure concerning appointments to Union agencies and bodies (Rule 135) (2025/2262(REG))

– having regard to the letter from its President of 7 November 2025,

Amendment

1a. The committee responsible shall consider the proposedproposal appointmentsfor appointment in accordance with implementing provisions laid down by the Conference of Presidents.

ANNEX: DECLARATION OF INPUT

The rapporteur declares under his exclusive responsibility that he did not include in his report input from interest representatives falling within the scope of the Interinstitutional Agreement on a mandatory transparency register, or from representatives of public authorities of third countries, including their diplomatic missions and embassies, to be listed in this Annex pursuant to Article 8 of Annex I to the Rules of Procedure.
