Commission's position: Overall, the amendments proposed by the Parliament and included in the General Approach of the Council do not put into question the proposal’s integrity and purpose and can be supported by the Commission. The amendment proposed by the Parliament seeking to restrict the Horizon Europe contribution to AI Gigafactories (AIGFs) for providing access to AIGF compute time exclusively to Horizon Europe projects was not taken up.
