Follow up to the European Parliament legislative resolution on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) 2018/196 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2018 on additional customs duties on imports of certain products originating in the United States of America

6. Commission's position: accepts all amendments. The Commission agrees with the amendments that have been made to the Commission proposal. Those amendments had been pre-agreed among the legal services of the three institutions and are linguistic and technical changes that do not modify the substance of the Commission proposal and aim at ensuring that the goal pursued through the proposal is fully achieved.
